An immersive weekend retreat in the Yorkshire Dales

Join us for a deeply restorative and cosy weekend retreat in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, where crisp autumn air, golden landscapes and moments of pure stillness await you.
Held at the beautiful Flanders Hall, this retreat is your invitation to slow down, reconnect and embrace the magic of the season with yoga, wild walks, creative workshops and plenty of time to rest.
🍁 What to Expect 🍁
🧘♀️ Daily Yoga & Relaxation – Expect a mix of energising morning flows and deeply restful evening practices, including sound baths and yoga nidra to help you truly unwind.
🌿 Immersive Nature Walks – On Saturday, we’ll take a stunning walk to Cauldron Falls, where you can brave the waters for a wild swim or simply soak in the beauty of the landscape. Sunday will bring another peaceful walk in the Dales, ending with a hearty Sunday lunch.
🎨 Seasonal Crafting – Tap into your creativity with autumn-inspired craft sessions, perfect for mindful making and slowing down. Workshops will be finalised soon but expect opportunities for chunky knitting, mindful painting and fun seasonal activities.
🛁 Time to Rest & Restore – Whether it’s curling up by the fire with a book, journaling, or just taking in the peaceful surroundings, there will be plenty of time to simply be. There will also be the opportunity to book a one-to-one reiki session with Lucy for an extra dose of relaxation.
🎬 Cosy Evenings – On Saturday, we’ll settle in for a film night, complete with blankets, candles, a lit fire and a warm drink in hand.
